DETAILS:
The 997 version of the Widowmaker was an evolution of the 996, adding horsepower (530 bhp) from the standard Turbo while pushing power to the rear wheels only. With an MSRP north of $200,000, the GT2 was out of reach for most buyers. For those able to afford, the power and launch delivery proved to be formidable against all comers.
