Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All plain paper, laminated, and framed novelty reproduction window stickers are guaranteed to be free of defects or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Defects include paper and/or ink that fade or bleed, curling or gnarling or paper, and lamination separation. For framed prints, the warranty includes fitness of the frame, matting, backing, and plexiglass, as well as accessories such as wiring or other items included in the shipment.
All products are warrantied for their intended use only. Normal wear and tear is NOT covered, including but not limited to:
(1) routine handling, fingerprints or smears, tears, rips, or cracks due to excessive use, sun or heat damage, water damage, accidental drops, other intentional or unintentional misuse or abuse;
Force Majeure (acts of God) such as, but not limited to:
(2) fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, floods, or war;
(3) hostilities (whether war be declared or not), invasion, act of foreign enemies, mobilization, requisition, or embargo;
(4) rebellion, revolution, insurrection, or military or usurped power, or civil war;
(5) contamination by radio-activity from any nuclear fuel, or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel, radio-active toxic explosive, or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of such assembly;
(6) riot, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs or disorder, unless solely restricted to employees of the Supplier or of his Subcontractors;
(7) or acts or threats of terrorism.
The customer is expected to use good judgement in the handling and care of all Stuttgart Studios products and apply common sense that is prudent and reasonable to safeguard the products from unexpected damage. We offer inexpensive reprints on all prior orders to replace original prints that reached their effective lifetime of use.
Lost or stolen products are NOT covered under warranty.
Stuttgart Studios reserves the right to make the final judgement to determine the legitimacy of all warranty claims and approve or deny those claims at our sole discretion.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be complete and in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached (if applicable).
All returns for warranty claims must be returned within one (1) year of the purchase date.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase such as Paypal invoice and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges if the product was not damaged or incomplete upon delivery. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method with adequate shipping insurance equal to or greater than the purchase price of the products or services to mail your return. If the product(s) arrived damaged or incomplete, notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide photographs of the damage of missing items. If necessary, this information will be used to initiate an insurance claim with the delivery carrier to prove fault and request reimbursement to Stuttgart Studios for all losses. Once a claim has been successfully tendered, we will advise on the status of the claim and fulfill a replacement order and shipment within 21 days of being notified by the customer of the damaged or incomplete shipment.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your Paypal or credit card statement, depending on your credit card company or method of payment. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Closeout items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Please note a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns that were delivered complete and undamaged.
