Stuttgart Studios announces the recent addition of 2008-2011 Range Rover (Land Rover) reproduction Monroney window stickers to the product catalog.  The design shape and object language of these stickers were used mostly between the model years 2008 and 2011 for Land Rover USA and while our database of pricing and options for each model within each model year remains incomplete, we have begun rolling out these window stickers as pricing and options allow for their completion.

This Land Rover design was a departure from earlier window stickers from the manufacturer both before and after this timeframe.  Earlier variants were displayed in the more traditional 16×10 layout but in 2008 the company decided to go vertical.  They revered that to the horizontal layout in 2012 and completed redesigned the format from top to bottom as well.  Not many manufacturers chose to use the vertical layout by the early 2000s, but LR was joined by Mercedes-Benz among others who refused to follow the lead of other car companies. Even Mercedes however finally relented and switched to the horizontal layout by MY2005.

Land Rover does a particularly nice job of listing the standard features on the 2008-2011 variants to properly encapsulate all of the bells, whistles, and accoutrements that come as part of the base MSRP of the vehicle. Many manufacturers have all but completely done away with this protocol in recent years — including Porsche which now lists little more than the powerplant rating and relegates their window sticker real estate exclusively to additional-cost options. Part of that reason may be Porsche’s endless options catalog however which had become quite popular and leads to extensive build specs.
