2018 Nissan GT-R Track Edition

Stuttgart Studios is pleased to announce the latest addition to the product catalog, this time the legendary R35 Nissan GT-R.  A project that’s been in the works for several months, the addition includes all USA-based GT-R models from 2009-2021 including but not limited to base, Premium, Black, Track, T-Spec®, and NISMO®.

The GT-R debuted on US shores in 2009 after nearly two decades of complete abandonment to the North American market by Nissan’s performance department decision-makers.  Known as the Skyline overseas but affectionately known as “Godzilla”, the GT-R progressed through many generations and turned into both a hero car and cult icon both on the street and in film and television.  The R35 headed to the US market dropped the Skyline name but followed the R34 designation last seen outside the states.  Originally developing 480hp through an ATESSA® all-wheel-drive system, the GT-R was an instant smash among American car enthusiasts and put down performance figures in the same ballpark as pricier alternatives like the Porsche 911 Turbo. The R35 GT-R was refined and improved over its life cycle and eventually produced as much as 600hp in NISMO® configuration.  Production ended in 2021 but returned to the US market in 2023.

GT-R Monroneys were designed on the generic Nissan window sticker templates and as those changed over the years, so did the GT-Rs.  To the casual eye, graphic and styling changes throughout the life cycle were modest, but in truth every year represented distinct tweaks and alterations that made them unique for their particular model year.  Most notably, EPA fuel economy box information adopted the federal agency’s updated graphics and information layout as they revised their own templates throughout the years.  A more comprehensive sample of those changes can be found in the Portfolio section of the Web site under the Nissan tab.

If you have an R35 Nissan GT-R and your window sticker is lost or damaged, we can fill that gap!  These templates may also be altered and used for other Nissan products such as “Z” cars depending on available information.  Reach out to us online by completing the Get Started form and we’ll circle back with a call to action to help complete the project for you.
