The Weissach edition was a production run of about 400 cars paying tribute to the R&D department at Weissach. Only two colors were available: Black Metallic and Platinum Metallic. Further, the vehicles were USA specials and not available to other markets around the world. Today they command a modest premium over the standard 911 SC as Weissachs were mostly cosmetic changes — discounted as a group package when compared to ala-carte pricing at the time.
